Your appointments are very important to us. Appointments are reserved especially for you.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the event of a same day cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment at the time of booking. Your credit card will not be charged. You can choose to use another form of payment the day of your service.
We do not offer refunds of any kind
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within a week of your service to make a color or haircut adjustments.
*It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided through the salon, however it is each client’s personal responsibility to be upfront and honest about their hair history. Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information during the consultation is not the responsibility of the stylist or J salon. *
